“Au rêve du Ventoux” Recently we became the owners of a typical vacation house in the Provence, at the foot of the legendary Mont Ventoux.  The house is installed for 5 people max.  On this beautiful and quiet location you can really enjoy a summer evening,  or daydream at breakfast in our little garden with view of the village. For a fresh swim, you can visit the public swimming pool, 10 min away by feet. Interior When you enter the house, you arrive in the kitchen which is equipped with a microwave, a gas cooker, fridge, senseo, electric kettle and a toaster. There are also a set of cups & dishes, cutlery and pots & pans available.  Next to the kitchen you find the bathroom with a laundry machine and a separate toilet.  In the living room there’s  an open fireplace.  We have also a big storage where you can place your bikes. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms, 1 with a double bed, one with 2 single beds and one with 1 single bed.  Outside there’s a little garden with garden furniture and a barbecue. The price is €600,00 + €80,00 for mandatory cleaning. Guarantee: €300,00 Sunday is the day of arrival and departure. You can enter the house from 13 o’clock.  The day your vacation ends, you have to leave before 10 a.m.  You will later receive the contact details of our contact in France. Reservation and payment. When you book we will inform you our bank account number, and the advance payment of € 300,00, must be deposited on our bank account within 10 days of confirmation.  Once your payment reached us, the reservation is arranged.  The whole rent + €300,00 of guarantee must be paid one month before the start of your vacation period. Pets are not allowed and it’s strictly forbidden to smoke in the house. Linen There are duvets, blankets and pillows. Sheets or duvet covers,  pillowcases, towels and kitchen towels have to be brought by yourself. French digital TV and wifi are available. The cleaning costs are obligatory. Travel TGV arrives in Avignon, next to Avis and Hert (rent cars) Plane: Airport in Marseille and Nîmes. Car: around 1000 km from Brussels. The renter agrees with the above conditions.
